Julian Stein originally hails from South Africa and has been in the food business since 1969. After his arrival in Israel he studied business in Haifa and then restaurant management in the USA.
Over the years he has worked in almost every aspect of the trade from waiter to chef to manager. Though Julian is a master of Italian and French cuisine he has always loved local Israeli food. Now at last, with all his considerable professional talents in place, he has created one of Israel's most popular restaurants. |
