You will be picked up from your hotel in Eilat and driven to the Arava border crossing point. After completing the border crossing procedure on both sides the tour proceeds along the Kings Highway to Petra, approximately 2.5 hours journey. Here you walk (250 meters) to the amazing Red Rose City of Petra (optional ride by horse back) and its Treasury (Khazneh), the Roman theatre, and the caves in the rocks among dozens of imposing monuments of this famous Nabatean City. Enjoy lunch (served at approximately 15:00 pm). Return via the city of Aqaba for a short vist and onto Eilat and your
hotel. (Return time approx. 20:00)
General information: The tour is conducted in English with a Jordanian guide in air-conditioned buses.

Important: Passports: Must be valid for 3 months plus embarkation card. Comfortable shoes and clothes must be worn. No foods or drinks are permitted to be taken across the border, but can be purchased once across.
