Decks' Cuisine: Decks is famous for its for its locally raised baby lamb, goose liver and fillet minion. The fresh grilled St. Peter's Fish from the Sea of Galilee is sublime. The Biblical grill is the Decks' specialty with meat prepared from the finest free-range stock raised on the nearby Golan Heights. There are two types of grill.
Biblical Grill: Enormous chunks of meat roast slowly around the glowing embers of Galilee olive logs. The smoke from the wood flavors the meat in a unique fashion retaining all its natural juiciness and taste. The Hickory Grill: A special blend of Hickory, olive and citrus logs flavor the grilled meat to fragrant perfection. All the spices, herbs, vegetables, fruit, meat, fish and wines used in preparation of Decks' dishes are from the Galilee region, grown locally and freshly picked every day. Charcoal grill just does not get any better than this! |
