Today, Tsachi & Vered, Esther and Eitan's grown children, have in the main assumed management of the Lido. Though Esther & Eitan still put in many hours of work, they have made the decision to ease off a little and at last do what they always enjoyed doing in the first place - fishing – on the Sea of Galilee and nearby Mediterranean.
So don't be surprised if their door of their home in Mitzpe is locked and there's a sign that says "Gone Fishing!"
